Using Consermo AI
Consermo AI is a spoken practice tool. By using it you agree to use it for lawful, personal practice purposes, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
AI-generated content
The practice partner's replies, scores and feedback are generated by an AI model. They are meant to help you rehearse and reflect — they are not professional, legal, medical, financial or career advice, and should not be treated as a guarantee of how a real interview, exam or conversation will go.
Your content
You own what you say and upload. By using the app you allow us to process it (as described in our Privacy Policy) in order to run the practice session and generate feedback.
No warranty
Consermo AI is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for decisions made based on AI feedback.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use Consermo AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
