Terms of Service

Consermo AI is provided by Ones Tec (support@consermo-ai.app). These terms apply to the website and to the iPhone and Android apps.

Consermo AI is a spoken practice tool. By using it you agree to use it for lawful, personal practice purposes, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, automate or otherwise abuse the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Consermo AI. If you are under 16, or under the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher, you may only use it with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Consermo AI has a Free plan and two paid plans, Pro and Max. What each includes (the number of sessions, session length and live talk time) is shown on the Plans page before you buy. Prices are shown in your currency at checkout or in the App Store or Google Play, including VAT where it applies.

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each month until you cancel.
• Where you pay depends on where you subscribe: on the website through Stripe, in the iPhone app through Apple, in the Android app through Google Play. Purchases in the apps are also subject to Apple's or Google's own terms.
• Moving up from Pro to Max takes effect straight away, with the price adjusted for the rest of the month. Moving down applies straight away on the website and Android, and from your next renewal on iPhone.
• "Unlimited" on Max means no monthly session cap for normal personal use. Automated or shared use of one account isn't allowed.
• If we change the price of a plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then moves to Free. You keep your history either way. Cancelling stops all future payments, but the month you've already paid for isn't refunded, except as described under Refunds. When you cancel on the website we email you a confirmation; Apple and Google confirm cancellations made in their stores.

If a renewal payment on the website fails, you keep your plan for up to 3 days while we retry the payment, and we email you a link to pay. If it still fails, your plan moves to Free.

• Bought on the website: Profile → Change plan → Cancel plan.
• Bought on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Consermo AI, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Bought on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Consermo AI, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

If you live in the EU or the UK and subscribe on our website, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and get a refund, minus a proportional amount for the days you already used. Ask via the contact page. Refunds for purchases made in the iPhone or Android app are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we can't issue them ourselves.

The practice partner's replies, scores and feedback are generated by an AI model. They are meant to help you rehearse and reflect. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial or career advice, and don't guarantee how a real interview, exam or conversation will go. If a reply or piece of feedback is offensive, harmful or wrong, tap Report next to it and our team will look at it.

You own what you say and upload. By using the app you allow us to process it, as described in our Privacy Policy, to run your practice sessions and generate feedback.

You can delete your account at any time via the data deletion page; cancel any store subscription too, because deleting the account doesn't stop Apple or Google from charging you. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where we reasonably can.

Consermo AI is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for decisions made based on AI feedback. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

If you downloaded the iPhone app, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Ones Tec, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its support.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For changes that matter, we'll update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Consermo AI after that means you accept the updated terms.

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can go to court there or in the Netherlands.
