Delete your data
You can ask us to permanently delete your Consermo AI account and everything linked to it. This works the same whether you signed up with email, Google or Facebook.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, and your name and profile picture if you used Google or Facebook.
- All practice sessions, transcripts, scores and feedback.
- Anything you added as session context, such as job descriptions, CVs or notes.
- Your preferences, and any active subscription, which is cancelled.
What we have to keep
If you ever paid for a plan, invoices and payment records stay with our payment processor, Stripe, for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it. They contain no practice sessions or transcripts.
How it works
- Send the request below, or email support@consermo-ai.app from the address you signed up with.
- We reply from support@consermo-ai.app to confirm the request came from you.
- We delete your data within 30 days and email you once it's done. After that it can't be recovered.
Signed in with Facebook or Google?
You can also remove Consermo AI's access from your account. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove Consermo AI. On Google, remove it at myaccount.google.com/connections. This stops future sign-ins but doesn't delete what we already store, so send the request below as well.
Only want to remove some sessions?
You don't need to delete your account for that. Sign in and delete individual sessions from your history at any time.
